WELCOME TO NORTH DEVON RIDING CLUB.

We are a friendly riding club, based in Ifracombe, North Devon. Our events are open to all riders and we try to represent as many disciplines as we can, so there is something for everyone. We also organise many social events to bring your family along and find new riding friends and competition team mates.

NDRC comes under Area 12 of the British Riding Club Association and we do encourage anyone wishing to represent NDRC

What's Coming Up:

• 2nd September (Monday) - Evening Showjumping Lessons with Ian Wright at Churchlands, EX34 7HN
• 21st September (Saturday) - Mechanical Millie the Biomechanical Horse at Churchlands, EX34 7HN. Ridden sessions also available. £25 per 30m session, either on Millie and/or your own horse. 
• 27th September (Friday) - Bitting Clinic with Charlotte Warman - £90 for 1.5hr individual appointment. Venue is Codden Hill.
• 28th September (Saturday) - Sara Gallagher Showjumping/Polework Clinic at Coxleigh Barton. Up to 4 riders per session.
• 6th October (Sunday) - Dressage Lessons & Formation Riding Clinic with Nejc Turinek at Lower Buddicombe Farm, EX34 0NT
• 12th October (Saturday) - Foundation Day Course to Liberty with Idyllwild Horsemanship at Churchlands, EX34 7HN. Price TBA.
• 9th November (Saturday) - Dressage to Music Qualifiers at Bicton Arena - helpers/stewards are needed.
• 16th November (Saturday) - Sara Gallagher Showjumping/Polework Clinic at Coxleigh Barton. Up to 4 riders per session.
• 18th November (Monday) - 2024 NDRC AGM at the Agricultural Inn, Braunton, EX33 2EA. Free to attend & everyone is welcome.
• 14th December (Saturday) - Sara Gallagher Showjumping/Polework Clinic at Coxleigh Barton. Up to 4 riders per session.
• 14th December (Saturday) - NDRC Christmas Party at the Barnstaple Hotel. £45 pp including 3 course carvery dinner and disco. Limited to 27 people - book now with a £20 deposit.
• Autumn/Winter - Evening Demonstration with The Breath Coach. Lots of audience participation involved. £10-£15 for 2hrs.
• Autumn - Talk on 'Getting Started in Endurance Riding' by John from Endurance GB - venue TBC, free to attend.
• TO BE RESCHEDULED from 19th July (Friday) - Evening 2hr Demonstration of Horses for Therapy - near Stoodleigh/Rackenford
• TO BE RESCHEDULED from 26th September (Thursday) - Evening Talk with Nicki Castle Independent Equine Nutritionist on 'Feeding for Winter' - location tbc.
